My name is Emily Grace Phillips and I am a cancer survivor.

My birthday is September 2.  I love gymnastics, swimming, playing on the beach and Webkinz.  In August of 2007, I was diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (ERMS).  This is a rare pediatric cancer of skeletal muscle tissue. My tumor was located on the base of my skull.  You can read more about ERMS here (link).  I am being treated by the best sarcoma doctors in the world at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.  My parents created this website in order to keep our family and friends updated on my progress during my treatment.   I am looking forward to swimming with dolphins and getting a new French Bulldog puppy when I am done with my treatment.  Thank you for visiting my website and for all of your support.
